GARDEN COMPETITION
The competition takes place in July and is primarily for residents of Kensington and Chelsea but gardens outside the borough may be included at the discretion of the organiser if time allows.
An experienced judge accompanied by a photographer will visit each garden.
Prize giving takes place at the Autumn club meeting. Certificates and prizes are generally presented by the Mayor of Kensington and Chelsea.
Categories are "Larger Gardens", "Patios and Front Gardens" and "Roof and Container Gardens".
There are additional discretionary awards for, among other things, design, difficult circumstances and beginner gardens.
